boutiques, gourmet food companies, gift shops, and specialty stores
with fun and fragrant skincare and home fragrance products. All of
our fabulous products are hand-made using the finest fragrances and
highest quality ingredients. We offer exclusives on all of our
private label fragrances, making sure that our customers are never
having to compete with each other. Our philosophy is plain and
simple... When our customers make money, we make money. That is why
we do all we can to accommodate their requests, no matter how
"unique" they may be.

that animal testing is VERY WRONG! Yella Bella is just one

Our
Policies
How
soon will I receive my order? All orders are custom made.
Wholesale orders usually ship within 2-4 weeks. Private
Label orders take 4-6 weeks to ship once artwork is approved.
Rush orders may be available by request.
What is
the minimum order? For wholesale orders
(Hottie Tottie Scents brand), the
minimum first time order is $150. For private label products, the
minimum first time order is $250 (plus the $30
setup fee). All re-orders are a minimum
of $75. With both wholesale and private label, products and
fragrances can be mixed and matched any way you
choose.
Do you except
returns? No! We do not accept returns or exchanges.
What if
my order is lost or damaged during shipment? All products are
well packaged when they leave our warehouse. If you receive damaged
products you should contact us within 24 hours of
receipt. To file a claim you must have proof of damage. Do not
discard any portion of the shipping package, including packing
peanuts or original tape. Because you purchase full coverage
insurance, Hottie Tottie Scents is not responsible for replacing any
lost or damaged products. We will provide an insurance number for
you to file with the shipping provider.
